Bhavana had been earlier roped in to do a small role in the AMMA film Twenty:20. But now she returns to the film replacing Meera Jasmine. Meera’s role in the film was a pivotal role, as she was to be cast opposite Dileep. This role will now be enacted by Bhavana.
Meera refused the movie due to alleged clashes with her Telugu film dates. This even led to her having problems with AMMA. After a lot of heroine-hunting, Bhavana was finalized for the role.
Gopichand’s starrer Ontari endeared this Tamil heroine to the Telugu youth.Her character’s tragic end got her rave reviews and brought her good offers.
She is expected to take on some of the select projects soon.Meanwhile, the pretty beauty says that she is always a mile away from late night parties.She is also said to have advised her friends to stay away from such functions.
The reason for her decision is that she doesn’t want to give any scope for gossip regarding her to crop up against her.
